Bank Branch Run Etiquette (3 Rules)

1. Call 48 Hours Ahead for High $50 & $5 Counts:Bank branches maintain strict daily limits on small bills. If your slip requires 20+ fives or 15+ fifties, call your branch on Wednesday morning to have them bundled.
2. Request Crisp Uncirculated Currency:Ask the teller: "May I please have crisp, uncirculated bills for wedding cash envelopes?" Crisp bills slide easily into envelopes and look far more dignified.
3. Verify Counts Before Leaving the Counter:Never leave the teller window without counting each paper band. Once you exit the branch, reconciling denomination discrepancies is impossible.
